New Delhi (India), November 28<\/strong>: A Mega Textile Show called as Bharat Tex 2024 will be held in February 2024.<\/p>\n

A Core Committee has been constituted to organize the event\u00a0with Mr. Naren Goenka, Chairman,\u00a0AEPC is the Chairman\u00a0 \u00a0and Mr. Bhadresh Dodhia, Chairman, SRTEPC\u00a0is the Co-Chairman\u00a0of this Committee.<\/p>\n

SRTEPC (The Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export\u00a0 Promotion Council ) organized\u00a0 a\u00a0 Roadshow on November\u00a0 16 in association with other\u00a0 Textiles EPCs such as TEXPROCIL,\u00a0PDEXCIL and HEPC\u00a0 at Hotel Le Meridian, Coimbatore to promote the event.<\/p>\n

The Roadshow\u00a0was attended by over 250 persons and senior officials from the Tamil Nadu Government.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Bharat Tex 2024\u00a0will be held from February 26 to 29, 2024 at Bharat Mandapam and Yashobhoomi in Delhi. The event will be organized collectively by all the Textiles Export Promotion Councils with the active support from the Ministry of Textiles.<\/p>\n

Shri R. Gandhi, Hon\u2019ble Minister of Handloom and Textiles, Government\u00a0 of Tamil Nadu , who was the Guest of Honour on the occasion\u00a0 said \u201c Textile sector is highly developed in\u00a0 Tamil Nadu and Companies from the State can participate in large number in Bharat Tex \u201c. The Hon\u2019ble Minister\u00a0also assured that the Tamil Nadu Government will\u00a0become\u00a0a Partnership\u00a0 \u00a0State for Bharat Tex 2024.<\/p>\n

Shri Rajeev Saxena, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Textiles made a Presentation covering\u00a0 \u00a0all details about Bharat\u00a0Tex 2024.\u00a0 He said Bharat Tex will be\u00a0the largest Textiles Exhibition in the World.<\/p>\n

Bharat Tex 2024\u00a0will cover an area of about 2,00,000 sq.mtrs\u00a0 and\u00a0 exhibitors will display the entire value chain of Textiles such as Fibre, Yarn, Fabrics,\u00a0 Garments,\u00a0 Made ups and\u00a0 Technical Textiles.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Bharat Tex is expected to attract over 3500 exhibitors,\u00a0 \u00a03000 foreign buyers, 40000 trade visitors and over 50 knowledge sessions.<\/p>\n
